  Appalling
  I was just completely let down by Chauffeur - called for a taxi, was told 10 mins, taxi turned up but wouldn't take me as they had a name and not destination - I had given a destination and wasn't asked for a name. I called to say my taxi was here but he wouldn't let me in the vehicle at which point I was told that I hadn't called and I was mistaken - the taxi then drove off without a passenger (obviously) leaving me standing in a country road in the rain, appalling service, appalling attitude - please use a2b or Tiger if they are available, don't rely on these people.
